Tampa as the New Las Vegas

perhaps automobiles and architecture should embrace one another. as automobiles frames our place and architecture acts as the piece amongst many that define places, since automobile wont be disappearing soon, perhaps there needs to be an architecture or condition that will be more conscious of the presence of automobiles.

The existence of Las Vegas is built on being an environment that captures our sensorial experiences completely... the lights, sounds, the compression of spaces, the energy, the signage.... Las Vegas understands the person within a space, Las Vegas is an image, one that is provoked always and endlessly, rather your standing in a street or in the space, or even within your car, perhaps Downtown Tampa can be alittle more like Las Vegas.
